Questions, Answered

What is ELEV8?

ELEV8 is the creative development practice of Jordan Lee (LEEVILLE). It develops artists, classrooms, and organizations through creative practice — vocal coaching and artist development, school residencies and clinics, and consulting for leaders building creative programs.

Who do you work with?

Three groups: artists who want vocal coaching, production, or long-term development; schools and educators who want residencies, clinics, or curriculum help; and leaders and organizations building creative programs, ecosystems, or community initiatives.

Do you work virtually or in person?

Both. Sessions are delivered in person or virtually, anywhere. In-person work is based out of central North Carolina, and travel for residencies, clinics, and guest conducting is available.

How do I start working with you?

Every engagement starts with a discovery call. You share what you are building, I share how I would approach it, and we decide together whether it is a fit before anything is scoped or quoted.

What does it cost?

Engagements are quoted as a flat fee or a retainer after the discovery call, because scope varies widely between a single vocal session, a multi-day school residency, and an ongoing consulting relationship. Nothing is billed hourly.

Do you offer vocal lessons?

Yes. One-on-one vocal coaching and artist development are the core of the practice, covering technique, blend, stacking harmony, vocal production, and the artistic decisions around a release.

Can you work with a choir or a cappella group?

Yes. As MR. LEEVILLE I work as a clinician and guest conductor with choirs and a cappella groups on feel, blend, and interpretation, and write original scores and arrangements on commission.

Do you take on youth programs?

Yes. Much of the work is with young artists and student musicians, through school residencies, Camp WTTV, and the youth artists on the ELEV8 roster.
